Fun-Raiser Policy & Advertising Guidelines:
We want our members/players/e-store owners to enjoy participating in the Fun-Raiser game whilst promoting their site via the banner display. After all our success as a branding and recall site depends on honest and legitimate member participation. But we will not tolerate SPAMMING using our links or false representation of the Fun-Raiser program. Please abide by the policies below.
1. No Spamming Of Any Kind - Please do not use unsolicited email marketing to promote hits4pay. We take SPAM complaints very seriously. If you are not sure what SPAM is, please educate yourself by reading the current SPAM Laws here.
2. No Multiple Accounts - Please do not create multiple accounts. We monitor all accounts carefully before approval. Only one account per household. Do not sign up from a Internet Cafe or local library.
3. No False Advertising - Misrepresenting a company and it's program is illegal. Please review current FALSE ADVERTISING Laws here.

What Fun-Raiser Program is:
- a way to brand and promote your site or store via banner ads placed as headers on our home page.2. Do Not Charge A Fee For Fun-Raiser Participation - Fun-Raiser is completely free for anyone to signup. We encourage players to donate a minimum site maintenance fee. Other than that the game is free Players are not allowed to charge a fee to introduce Fun-Raiser.
3. Do Not Post Fun-Raiser Ads On CraigsList.com Or Any Discussion Boards - Posting messages, OR PROMOTING YOURSELF AS AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OR PLAYER on unauthorized message boards are not allowed.
